Santagata for music and culture

Our company has always been committed to supporting cultural initiatives that take place in Genoa and Liguria. This year we decided to support an ambitious musical project carried out by the “Genova Musica” association and conceived by Elisa Tomellini, a well-known Genoese pianist, defined by The Guardian as one of the most brilliant talents of this exceptional generation of pianists.

The association was founded with the intention of realizing for the first time in Genoa, of which Elisa is Ambassador in the world for culture, a stable Academy of high musical perfection, which is an international reference point for young musicians.

Parallel to the academic activity, concerts are also planned within a Festival involving great performers, the professors of “Genova Musica” and the most deserving among the students, as soloists, in chamber ensembles and with the stable collaboration of the Superba Chamber Orchestra.

The first appointment is Friday 10 May at 6 pm at the Palazzo della Meridiana in Genoa with Brahms, Tchaikowski, Rachmaninov played by Luca Franzetti at the cello, Simone Pedroni and Elisa Tomellini on the piano.
