Recipe Spaghetti “Allo Scoglio”

Among the most popular Italian dishes (but not only!), spaghetti “allo scoglio” are a “classic” of the Italian cuisine. The difference is made by the freshness of the ingredients and also the taste of the extra virgin olive oil.


1 kg of mussels
1 kg of clams
500 gr. of shrimps
500 gr. of scampis
500 gr. of small squids
2 fresh tomatoes
2 or 3 garlic cloves
500 gr. of spaghetti
extra virgin olive oil Santagata Novello


Put oil and garlic in a cooking pan and fry it, add fish and cook it for 10 minutes. Cook the pasta, drain it “al dente” and season it with the extra virgin olive oil Santagata.
