With THAI FEX, Food & Wine quality in Asia

From May 31st to June 4th, Bangkok hosts THAI FEX, the most important international exhibition dedicated to agro-food products in Asia. Approximately 45,000 visitors – professionals of this sector – are expected to know the products exhibited by more than 2,000 producers.

In Asia in the last decade – following the rapid population growth and the mass urbanization – the traditional demand of food in the region has changed drastically. In the sector of the “Food & beverage” one of the fastest growth rates in the world is recorded, with an average of + 11% (annual/per year), accompanied by a higher attention to healthy nutrition and a growing demand for quality products.

In the last few years, the Santagata company has consolidated its presence in the Asian market where we have paid attention to a healthy diet and an increasing interest in traditional products to Italian gastronomic culture, such as extra virgin olive oil. We will be present at THAI FEX at our importer’s stand.
