Liscio come l’olio – Invitations to institutes

Santagata 1907 supports, in collaboration with the “Istituto alberghiero Nino Bergese” of Genoa, the national gastronomic and creative competition “Liscio Come l’Olio” scheduled from 11th to 13th May 2022.

The event, which aims to enhance the value of extra virgin olive oils in the gastronomic field, is aimed at all third, fourth and fifth classes of the hotel institutes of Italy and will be presented on Monday, May 9th, 2022 at Villa Bombrini, in Genoa Cornigliano, in the presence of representatives of the world of education, food production, catering and the press.

The schools have received an invitation and the contestants who take part in the initiative will be asked to create a dish and the relative graphic representation that describes and communicates the gastronomic or confectionery preparation made with Santagata 1907 extra virgin olive oil as a condiment but not only that, also as an ingredient. Santagata is in fact the official EVO oil supplier for the event.

This is an opportunity for the cultural promotion of oil, quality of life, healthy and sustainable culture that fully represents the values and objectives of Santagata 1907.
