Launch of the national contest “Evo Recipes”

On Thursday the 18th of October at 11 AM, the Villa Sauli – Podestà Auditorium (via Prà 70, Genova) will host the presentation of the first edition of the national contest of culinary research “Evo Recipes”, which goal is that of valorising Italian extra virgin olive oil both in culinary and nutritional fields.

The competition is reserved to Italian Culinary Institutes and will see a selection of students from all over Italy in their final two years take part.

Our company supports and participates in this important initiative together with the “Nino Bergese” Culinary Institute in Genova and the “Bonaldo Stringher” Institute in Udine. The students of today will be the workers of the future and thus they are the ideal people to share the importance of oil as a noble and ancient product with.
