EVO Recipes national competition

The winners of the first national competition “EVO Recipes” will be declared on Thursday, January 31, 5.30 PM, at the Istituto Alberghiero Bergese in Genoa. Hundreds of recipes were sent in these months from all Italian schools participating in the two categories – traditional recipes and creative recipes. To the jury, highly qualified, the task of evaluating the most distinguished ones in the use of extra virgin olive oil not as a simple condiment but as an essential ingredient in the realization of the dishes proposed. Winners will receive a supply of 100 liters of Santagata “Selezione Oro” 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil and the opportunity to participate in Olio Officina Festival (Milan, from 31 January to 2 February 2019).The competition was promoted by Nino Bergese Institute (Genova) and Bonaldo Stringher Hotel Institute (Udine) with the contribution and support of Santagata 1907, always committed to promoting healthy nutrition and olive oil culture.
