Santagata 1907 has acquired 20% of the shares of VR Aceti, specialised in the production and distribution of classic and organic balsamic vinegar of Modena under the ReModena brand.

This transaction, which combines two highly complementary Made-in-Italy food businesses, will provide both companies with opportunities to realize synergies, create value, expand their business and enhance their global presence.
